A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, which is appreciated. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Whenever I have to go out of town I always use this animal hospitals boarding facility. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff. I was only allowed to stay with my pet for part of the appointment, which is understandable--couldn't go into the lab, or procedure room with my pet, obviously.
