They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
