The people there are great, very sweet and caring. My only problem is when I am there and it is my turn for counseling, the counselors are very distracted by everyone else in the building. They will start talking to other people walking by when they should be counseling me. I think they should give 100% of their attention to the customer they are currently counseling to improve customer service. But I do love the people there and the program. It works and they are good Christian people.
