I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. Very unprofessional.
