in 1987 ,,1988,,1989,,my best year ,,and 1991 wile doing some power lifting ,,i was working at yesteryears resaurant in yulan ,NY,, an what agreat time i had hanging with the guys at {then }tricounty gym} lifting chating ,,blake and barbera were so friendly and knowledgeable ,,i just loved it in the "basement" with the dripping pipes and all the grunting that made me "Ripped and Lovin it " today tahnks for everything anthony porreca.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel welcome. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
