Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. And it works!

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
