Hank and the rest of the staff are great. It's nice that it's adorable as well as a great place to exercise. I highly recommend it.

Yes, but not much of a variety and they only have a few throughout the day or week

I went to sign up for a new membership, for financial reasons (canceling my $71/mo membership at Summit Fitness (for me and my son)), and was offered a $15.99/mo plan for just myself, three days a week. I don't go to the gym very often (keep forgetting), so it's vastly cheaper to NOT go to Buena Fitness than it is to NOT go to Summit Fitness, if you think about it. :-D I'll see what their equipment is like in a few days... when I remember to go! :-D
