I really enjoyed the hot yoga classes!! WHEN the teacher would show up that is! Kris claimed she posted on Facebook if the class was to be cancelled or not, but several times myself and others showed up for class to find a locked door... NOT COOL.. With no word on Facebook of cancellation. Alot of people had complained they have driven from a far and were not pleased. I wont go back. Hopefully someone else opens up a hot yoga studio in I.F thats reliable!

The hot yoga class is awesome! : ) You do have to join Namaste Yoga Group on Facebook, but classes are always posted. Kristine DOES give her number out to all her students, and suggests that you text before you come to class just to make sure classes aren't cancelled, so I don't know why the girl who gave a crappy review had such a problem...anyways, try her class! She also does AWESOME massages! : )

I loved going to hot yoga classes, and they were the only place in the area I could find hot yoga, but after driving from Rigby five times only to find that no one was there I just want a refund. Classes are super expensive but I was willing to pay them. That is until the fifth time I had to turn around and go back home because no one was there. She has you join her Facebook group to see if classes are cancelled or not...I don't have Facebook but my friend joined her group and there was no word of her cancelling on her page the last two times I showed up. Apparently you have to be her friend and have her cell number to know if she is going to cancel. I'm done with her. I want my money back.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
