They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. At other places I've been to, sometimes the massage therapist's hands have been too cold, but they weren't at all here. They were the perfect temperature, which made my massage even more enjoyable. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

The office was difficult to find, as there is no mention of the name "Serenity Station" anywhere outside the building; you had to go into the building and look for the suite. I had prepaid for a treatment that I did not get (I got the cheaper massage instead of the parafango detox treatment), but I guess what bothered me the most is that the therapist spent 10 min of my visit trying to sell me vitamins and then talked the entire time I was getting the massage about her personal life. The massage itself was OK, but only lasted about 40 min. It was also difficult to book an appt as she does not work nights or weekends.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. During my massage, I asked them to change their technique a little. They changed it right away, and adjusted the massage to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. My massage was the best I've ever had. I couldn't believe how much better I felt when I left. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

I now know what it is like to be free of the effects of stress. I have been looking a long time for a massage therapist that would truly take the pain away and now I have found her. I am now a very happy client of Kelly's over at Serenity Station if Fairport, NY. She is very skilled and the kindness that she gives is the best. I have never had a better massage and now I know with all my heart that I am getting better and it is due in part ( a very,very huge part) to the work that Kelly has done. She is the best and you really need to go to see her!!!! I am thrilled that I did!!!

Kelly Carey is a wonderfully warm and sincere professional who goes the extra mile to help her patients. She is a truly real New York State LMT, with vast knowledge in a large array of disciplines. Her therapeutic work has done me so much good and helped me through a very painful recovery process after my lower back injury. I am so blessed to have found her. For anyone reading this, Kelly Carey should be your first choice as a NY State Licensed massage therapist. I rarely write ratings or reviews for anything. But I cannot keep all that she has done to improve my quality of life from the public's view. One would be doing themselves a disservice by not booking appointments with her. The office she occupies is absolutely professional and located in the heart of Perinton across from Wegmans on Rt 31 next to RT 250. There are 2 to 3 Chiropractors in the office depending on the day of the week that Kelly can interact with to give the best possible treatment for her patients. The receptionist in the waiting area is pleasant and highly professional also. Her Therapy room is clean, neat, and it will be very obvious to any patient, geared for the best professional treatment. Bottom Line... Kelly Carey's Massage Therapy work she has done for me has immensely improved my quality of life.
