They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

I'm a new resident and I was looking for the public library. As I drove down Hull Street I happened to see a smart looking medical building, and Swift Creek Eye Center's name popped out. I didn't want to go to Walmart or Costco again, to get cheap glasses and a discounted eye exam. I really needed good glasses and a thorough exam.

I did a search of the internet using "Swift Creek Eye Center," "Midlothian, VA" and there it was. Their site was beautiful, and the information was really interesting. I called a made an appointment.

I can't begin to tell you how thankful I am to have found SWCEC! The waiting room was really, really nice ... and the people working there really like people. They were fun, informative, and very helpful. But it was the appointment with Dr. Kiraly-Qualls that was the most impressive experience of the day. She was thorough! I got pictures of my retina - something I don't remember seeing anywhere else. They tested me for macular degeneration ... and I'm in good shape. Finally, I sat down with Terry, one of the opticians. She fitted me with the coolest glasses. They had a very, very impressive variety of glasses to choose from.

I can't where contacts. My eyes are too sensitive; I don't like the feeling of something in my eye. So finding some good looking glasses was very important, and SWCEC had some great ones to choose from. I can't wait to get them.

The only problem that I had was that the two Optometrists that work at Swift Creek Eye Center are so in demand (the waiting room was almost full) that it took a little while to have my exam ... BUT I WOULDN'T TRADE more time to shop for what I experienced in the exam room.
