The rep that helps you get started, Aaron literally replied LOL when I asked him to send paperwork again because my father passed away.

LOL? Pretty much describes the professionalism that this company offered.

Called me on a Thursday that my father had hours left to live. Friday he died at 3pm and fortunately the facility contacted me to let me know because Charter didn't call me until 2 hours after.

Look for other options. Any other options.
