The Hospice Facility in Green Lake, WI was extremely awesome!! The Care Team in charge of my husband James P. Kolins went above and beyond with the care they provided my husband. They made sure he had everything he needed and they made sure my husband was well taken care of and comfortable. They also provided me with anything I needed and explained things so that I could understand what was going on. I would highly recommend Hospice Facility in Green Lake, WI. Thank You So Very Very Much For Everything!!

I recently lost my husband, but had the privelege of utilizing Hospice Hope - Green Lake and they were truly a gift from above. The nurses who came to my home Shelley & Amy were so compassionate not only providing outstanding care to my husband, but they also cared about me, the spouse. Hospice Hope went above and beyond my expectations providing medical supplies, spirtual and emotional support and they helped me understand the phases a body goes through as they near the end of life. I will be eternally grateful for all they did to help me during this very difficult time and the support they continue to provide as I deal with this loss. God Bless you all!
