They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I thought of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the nursing staff. Tomora went over and above to make my family feel comfortable about the entire hospice experience and was always available if I ever needed to talk. All my questions were answered, and I would recommend this agency to everyone. My family and I had an amazing experience with our loved one passing peacefully at home. Thank you Care Alternatives!
