Im leaving this same review for Monarch Dental where she also practices out of.
My husband was scheduled for bone graft procedure at 9:40am. We arrived at 9:30. They had informed us that the procedure would take about 1 - 1.5 hours. We live close, so I went home to tend to our dogs.
I arrived back at the office around 10:40. My husband was still waiting in the front area. I waited with him. They did not call him back until 11:20. No explanation or apology as to why it had taken so long.
Her assistant said that she would text me if the procedure was going to be over an hour. So I went home to wait.
I arrived back at the office around 12:30 since I had not received any word that it would take longer. I let the receptionist know that I was there.
I waited for an hour with no word. I finally asked someone and they went to check with her assistant. They said that they were just finishing up and that it would be about 5 more minutes.
I waited another 30 minutes and asked them again. They came back and said it would be another hour.
They assured me they would text when he was done, so I went home again.
Finally at 3:00 pm, he was done.
As we were leaving we realized they had not given us any post-op instructions. We had to go back.
The post-op instructions as they were, were not very complete. No mention as to when he could start eating food (soft food), if he could have hot liquids, could he wear his night guard.

So his 1.5 hour procedure took 3.5 hours, plus he waited for 1.5 hours before they even started.
The biggest reason for the low ratings is that they didn't even bother to let us know why it was taking so long or to even apologize.

CONTACT DOPL before going to this dentist. I believe she is a danger to her patients. She constantly has new staff members as they discover what she is up to. I finally listened to all the warning signals and went somewhere else.

SOMETIMES this doctor will luck out with good staff, but she is not not very helpful herself. Her staff is new every 6 months, nobody lasts there. I've talked to other dentists about her and they say she has a bad reputation. She avoided answering unethical billing questions directly for me and at one point when I came in the office and tried to speak with her she refused to see me and I heard her yelling at the receptionist that was not her job. PLEASE check her out online with dopl before visiting her! And if after that you still want to, go ahead. But at least someone warned you. I wish I had never seen this doctor. I'm still paying for it.

Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
