I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. , I did find that it was difficult to get in touch with the Dr after my appointment. He ignored numerous phone calls from me, and never bothered to call back. My overall impression was that the office was more interested in being a business than being a place where the patient is important.

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past
Does this provider welcome questions?
Not at all. They ignored my questions
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything
