It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not always. I was able to relax during my appointment here. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. Not only did they have before-and-after pictures of smile makeovers lining the walls, but they made sure to show me pictures of cases that were similar to mine. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. If I had not paid in full I would not be continuing to go because it is taking longer than planned to get the braces off.
