My body has changed so much since starting with this trainer. I'm in the best shape of my life, and my fitness level has improved so much. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
