Great place for hair cut, shampoo

i had a haircut done by laura/laurie friday,worst haircut i've had.i told her what i wanted.she wet my hair and layered the back,then showed me the mirror.she then started to take plastic cover off me.she did not even try to trim by back,nor touched to trim my sides until i told her.i felt like i did not have a haircut.she got me by talking nicely and telling me stories.when i drove off,i began to realize i was cheated.thats what i get for an$11.99 haircut.
