I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
