They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

Dr Bhat is as nice as he is smart. He's given me great advice on taking care of my eyes. His staff is also very friendly. I highly recommend him!
