They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

I met Adam when we first joined the Centreville community. I always enjoy a good adjustment and while my wife was watching me feeling better on the spot, he evaluated her as well. With some questions and past history, he gave her an adjustment that cleared up some severe headaches. Even my son needed his hips aligned and an adjustment.... he took care of us with a flat-rate! He is right down the road and will adjust to your schedule. Adam is highly recommended and we will use him for years to come.

I was in the town of Centreville for the weekend and I had developed some pain in my lower back from helping on the farm. My sister suggested I visit Doctor Cohen since he has Saturday morning hours and is located near the center of town. His offices were very clean and neat and had great parking. The building was easy to find and Dr. Cohen personally greeted me when I entered the building. The doctor agreed to see me with no appointment and no insureance forms - just a flat fee! While I waited to be seen I noticed the great rapport he had with the other patients that were seen ahead of me. Dr. Cohen was able to find and pinpoint the reasons for my pain and fix my back with a few tweeks! I was amazed! He even gave me some tips on exercises and stretches to do to prevent the pain from returning. Great job Dr. Adam!!
