The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
