I was disappointed that they did not style my hair the way I asked. I was pretty specific with what I wanted, but still left with a style I did not ask for. The restrooms were well-stocked at this provider's office. They have paper towels and toilet paper. My stylist quickly dried my hair, but didn't really make any extra effort. They pressured me a little too much to buy stuff that I didn't want while I was there. I'd give the cleanliness of the salon itself a 0. The mirrors and floors were dirty and the seats were ripped. While foiling my hair, the stylists dropped a clip on the dirty floor and picked it up and put it right back on my head. Appalling!
