I love Ms Miriam. She is very respectable and honest with me about my hairstyles. Most of all she do not braid tight and I get so many compliments on my style.

I just recently came to her shop with very thin edges and hair breakages. I really can't explain her technics but She braids your with so much love until you don't know she's braiding it. My edge was pretty much gone but she has some African hair products especially for our edges I put it all over my hair
It is much healthier, full edges and hair. She has a passion for doing hair

I have been going to Mariam's for years and she is wonderful. She does not braid too tight and will not have you leaving her shop with a headache. She truly understands the technique of healthy hair braiding. I will always recommend her for a great braiding experience.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and Mariam is by far the best I've ever seen. I love how much attention to detail she shows. Mariam is always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about her making a mistake or forgetting something. She almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether it is when she takes her time with new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. Mariam does such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though she is extremely popular. I know for a fact that she has a lot of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Whenever I go, she make me feel like I'm her only client. She really goes out of her way to make all of her clients feel special. The tow most important factors I look for when visiting any business and they are quality and the shop cleaning habits. Mariam's shop is clean and when she did my braids on Saturday August 10, 2013 she did not hurt me. I was able to put my braids in a ponytail and sleep without any discomfort. She is a people person and this is a quality that is hard to find in the customer service area of many businesses. I will be back as soon as I need my edges touched up. Mariam is the BEST!

When I came in she was on time and respectful. While doing my hair we listened to music and watched television. She was very quick and general with doing my hair. Last trip I took at another African hair braiding the lady took 11 hours to do my hair, her shop was not clean, and she had all of her children running around. However, this shop was the very best !! It was clean and in order. There were no interruption a d she got it done in less then 5 hours !!!!!! She was gentle so when she was done my hair or head was not hurting and I was able to style it right away because I was in no pain at all. She did a fantastic job !! And styled it for me ! Every single penny was worth it i will be there when ever it's time for touch ups and re-due. Very respectful and wonderful lady and shop ! Thank you again.

I visited this shop May 2013. I was greeted promptly. The shop is a commercial shop in a strip mall. First impression of the building was professional. Inside the shop is cleaned which is very important when you expect to spend several hours. I was quite pleased with the finished product of my hair. My input was well accepted and I felt very comfortable provided details of my expectations. I will recommend this shop.
