People out there dont waste your time or money my niece went and got her hair done asked for a chocolate base, peek-a-boo highlights and ended up with a dark red base and brassy highlights.I knew something was wrong when i seen her come out crying so i called them and asked for them to have it fixed I spoke to the manager she was very very rude and asked if i didnt like the way she was speeking then i could hang up i felt awefull.I cant imagine how many people shes done this to.I cant believe shes a manager she has no costumer service skills.
