Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience

No. I specifically told my stylist how I like my hair, but she/he did it her/his own way.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Their prices are a little high
