My 18 year old daughter Ruby went to Rozalin for a hair cut and Rozalin looked at the picture of the hair cut Ruby wanted (boy hair cut) and Rozalin ask why she wanted such a short hair cut and Ruby said that she was depressed and Rozalin sat her down and talked to her and said you are so beautiful let me give you a short and girly girly-tomboy look. Just want to say thank you for having her in your store. She need a bonus or award or something. My daughter always goes there just because of her positive attitude, yes I enjoy her as well.
