I went in on a whim about a week ago, and I am so glad I did! I had an unfortunate experience when I tried bleaching my hair at Athena spa and it came out yellow and white...I was so unsatisfied. So, I walked into Changes and asked for an appoinment. They were so accomodating and made me feel very welcome.

Tiffany made my hair exactly what I wanted it to be. She took her time on it and didn't make me feel rushed at all!
