I did not feed welcomed as soon as I enter the door. Usually while I'm waiting I enjoy having a few good magazines to look through to make time go by faster, but not here. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me except to say my nail lady would be there shortly. No offer to have a seat, can we get you anything. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in making one feel welcome.
