Worse place ever. Feels like I walked into a best buy where they are always trying to push an item on you. Specifically asked to not have my hair washed but was forced into it. Asked for side bangs and got a frigging middle part. Stylist asked me if I could stand because my hair was too long and she couldn't cut the ends if I was sitting. Really bad service. I'm nine months pregnant? Hello!!!

Terrible place! After getting a haircut, the stylist began pushing their products on me. I bought a product costing over $40. The cashier forgot to give me a receipt. The hair product turned out to be horrible: 1) made my hair all sticky, 2) did not do neither what it was actually supposed to do, nor what the stylist promised it would do. So I attempted to return it to the salon . Upon seeing me, the cashier who sold me the product the day before, pretended she doesn't remember me and refused to return the product without the receipt. This was very strange, because I am sure they are not over-burdened with clients on week-days and can remember people when it suits their needs. I tried calling the Salon Manager, however, she refused the refund. I called the District Manager, however, they assured me they can do nothing. I completely refuse to get any hair services at this place, as their treatment of their clients is unfair & they will do anything to get money. My advice: don't go here

I love getting my hair washed at this salon. My stylist even massages my scalp during the wash, It feels amazing! They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. There was lots of available parking at Hair Cuttery - White Marsh Plaza's office.
