I have been going to Cutting Times II for a little over 4 years now, and I couldnt imagine ever going anywhere else. They treat you like a VIP from the second you walk in the door. The owners are delightful, and stylists truely have a passion for what they do, and the salon is beautiful. Their prices are just where they should be, and they have a wonderful referral program.
