They were too busy talking to other people and being distracted while they cut my hair and they BUTCHERED my hair! When I called to complain they didnt know ANYTHING!!! WOUld not give me a refund either! My hair looks HORRIBLE! I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible.

Somewhat, they should have been more polite

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
