Gloria is not only a lovely lady but a professional hair stylist. I have been a client in her shop in Vienna for many years. Love my color, hair style and cut. She always greets her clients with a smile in her lovely shop. Her Vienna shop is comfortable, neat, welcoming and I leave feeling pampered and looking great.

Do not know who wrote the negative review but apparently they have never been in Gloria's shop?

Gloria is one of the kindest, most caring hairdressers I've ever dealt with. My color and cut have been perfect for the last 6 months thanks to her! Gloria did not suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. She was very considerate and professional. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. Also, parking is right in front of the door! It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
