Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

My first time to the salon was yesterday evening and I was totally satisfied. I had the opportunity to fully explain what I was looking for in a hair style and brought pictures to show the stylist and she was genuinely interested and offered her expert advice and the end product was a success. I will definitely go back to this salon.
