Their facility could have definitely used a thorough cleaning. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

Ridiculous. They cannot give a proper wait time, and you'll end up staying over twice as long as they say. Haircuts are mediocre, but what do you expect for no little money? If they had any talent, and could manage wait times better, they wouldn't be working at such a place.

I went here 4 years ago and got a horrible haircut. I'm a guy - nothing fancy just cut it even. On w him, since it's close by I decided to give it another try. This haircut was worse than the last. Don't know where they get their training but I'm not going for a third time.

I will NEVER, NEVER go to this cost cutters again. I was over charged!!! When I asked why it wasn't the same price as the first time I visited they came up with ..... Well we were having a special. My past receipts did not show a special. Anyway, the hair coloring job was AWEFUL!!! I was there for 5 1/2 hours. They were not busy so that is not the reason. The hair stylist GINA took forever!!! I don't think Gina really likes me. She has also overcharged my friends before. They get the same thing each time they go and it's always a different price. UNREAL!!! Don't go to this cost cutter!!! If I wanted to pay high prices I would go to a better salon that is clean. BIG rip off. The first few times you go the price is reasonable but it slowly creeps up with each visit. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER going back!!!!!!!!!! She didn't listen to how I wanted my haircut!!!! Took 3 inches off when I only asked for 1. UNREAL! NEVER AGAIN!!!
