I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They did not provide the service I requested and my hair looked the same after as it did when I walked in -- for almost $200 as they nickel and dime you for every product and every service - -DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment - not at all!!
