They called me 2 hrs prior to my service to tell me my nail tech was out but they could get me in 2 hrs later than my original appt. When it was time for my pedi, they came to get me 20 mins late. I soaked for at least 15 mins while the nail tech repeatedly walked in & out getting things ready for the service. My boyfriend booked a hot stone pedi for my birthday & she never used hot stones or a hydrating mask which was advertised in the service. I sat w/paraffin on for 10-15 mins while she organized her nail polishes. Even though the owner was doing my service, I was very disappointed.

I started working at Healing Waters back in October. I had agreed upon 40% for the first 3 months. Then my pay was to increase to 50%. Well almost imediently, I noticed small amounts being deducted out of my check. $5 here, $20 there, and 10% out of my tips to the receptionist, which was not agreed upon in earlier discussion. I was barely bringing in minimum wage including tips, working full time, and bringing the business up to $1500 every two weeks. When I approached this matter however, I was told she was very fair on pay, and there was nothing to be done. That that money was going to product. Well, during this time I did a number of facials, massages and pedicures. I did not have my own product however, I was told to borrow it from others employees. The management at Healing Waters was greatly chaotic. Besides being anywhere from 30 mins to an hour late for appointments an packages, Gloria was known to make scenes, or talk through massages we did together. I had many clients tell me her presents made them uncomfortable. As well as many who said me they would prefer home services, after their experience at the spa. As beautiful and unique as Healing Waters is, it is very ill managed. I don't regret my time there, but I do regret allowing myself to be taken advantage of for far to long. I would advise anyone to read the reviews before considering this place for yourself or others over the holidays... Yours Truly Previous Employee

Yes, It was exactly how I like my hair styled.
Did your hair stylist dry and style your hair after your hair cut?
Yes, I was able to go out right after.

Never, they are very reliable.

My friend and I visited them today and got the Queen package. The massage therapists were fabulous. We both got deep relaxing massages. We enjoyed the mani and pedi. In town on a girls weekend of rest and relaxation. The price for value is great. While not a five star spa, it was a restful and peaceful environment. The owner and her staff were exceptional.
