I placed an online order from Camille for a Custom lace wig and she is taking her sweet time sending what I paid for. I am very dissatisfied because in the process, I have had to spend more money just to maintain the style that I have because she will not finish the order and send it to me. I have literally been waiting for 4 months to receive what I ordered. This is BAD BUSINESS. She will not return calls unless you hound her and she consistently gives excuses when she finally answers the call. She has been telling me that my unit is on the way, and it never shows up. I will never do business with this company again.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They were decent, but not very affordable

Absolutely, they were an expert!

I made the mistake of paying for goods and services fully in advance. Now I'm out $1,000.00 and I have no lace wig. Communication is sporadic and mostly one sided with me leaving messages and getting no returned phone calls. The work she did for me was initially beautiful and I hope to complete this current contract. I just wish that she would complete the job or return my money.

Camille is the owner and only staff member of Made to be Natural Salon. It seemed like she genuinely enjoyed helping me on my first visit. I've been in the market for lace wigs for a while and was looking for a new supplier.More recently I have placed two orders with Camille and have not received any response as to when they will arrive. It has been 3 months since my original order was placed. This has gone from a place I thought I would use for years to a place that is blatantly unprofessional and unresponsive to customers. I am forgetting about Made to be Natural and moving on. DO NOT order from them, it's a complete headache. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them.

They had quite a few interesting magazines. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They were always ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. My stylist made sure to cover my clothes completely during my styling. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
