Not the worst, but certainly not the best

I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.

Was this provider's office too cold?

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Does the staff at this salon always take that extra step to make you feel special?

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
