I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I always have a lot of questions, but they were able to answer every single one of them thoroughly, and clearly. They are definitely experts.
