My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I had my hair dyed here, and within the time from 1 p.m. until 12:00 a.m. the dye faded in many places.

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. Once I arrived, I had to wait more than 30 minutes for the stylist to get to me. Then I felt like she rushed through my appointment. She kept answering the phone while she was fixing my hair. Very unprofessional service! If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
