I have been a customer for several years at the Hampton Salon. I have found the staff to be friendly, courteous and generally, on time. I work full time and don't have a lot of "free" time for appointments; despite that, I find that my stylist has always accommodated my schedule.

Horrible! Most unprofessional salon ever. I was never greeted and sat for 20 min before I left. No onew semed to notice or care.
Most of the customers looked to be in their 70's and older with little to no hair, perhaps the stylist prefer that, less work or talent for sure.
Stay away!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. However, I feel like my appointment was pointless because my hair cut was uneven and looked even less fresh coming out than it did going in. I attempted to fix it once I got home and made it worse. Very friendly but the business needs better stylists. VERY unsatisfied with the cut. It also took the woman 1.5 hrs to cut my hair and they were short staffed.
