I had been to this salon once before. i even recommended my sister. Then I made a seond appointment. When I got there early for my appointment I was advised it would be a few minutes. Then when the stylist came to get me she tells me she doesnt have time to do what I was supposed to have done. I tried to get in touch with owner/manager to no avail. Now I am leaving for my vacation on Sunday and my hair is a mess. How is it that i am know the one with the problem when it as there fault. And all i got was im sorry. Lot of good that does me for my vacation.

I will definitely NOT recommend this salon and I will tell people not to go there.

It should not be my problem that they scheduled wrong.

Their salon is very comfortable and welcoming Great seating, tea, coffee, magazines. I've recommended this place to friends and family. They go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I almost always get the appointment time I want. They make an extra effort to greet customers personally. Never a long wait before you are seated in the chair and I always leave looking and feeling great!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely!
