The staff didn't introduce themselves when I went in for my first appointment (free eybrow wax gift certificate). The lady who did my eyebrows put all the wax strips on and while I was sitting there with all the strips on she answered the telephone. This allowed the wax to harden too much and when she pulled the wax off I ended up with small cuts all over my eyelid. She didn't even say anything about them. Also one eyebrow is shorter then the other but I didn't want to say anything becuase I didn't want her to put any more wax on me. I have had my eyebrows waxed for years and have never had this kind of negative experience. I would not go back ever again. I just hope I don't end up with an infection or anything.
