Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. When it was time to pay, the lady tried to steal $10.00 from me, while I was leaving and counting my change I realized and had to tell her that she gave me the wrong change, which I believe she did purposely.

They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I wouldn't go there again. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.

I use to go there once in a while for a wash and set. But about two weeks ago, I went there to get a perm. I noticed that my roots were still kinky, so I went back there to ask if they could fix it. After discussing for a half hour, the woman sitting at the register finally "offered" to perm a small section of hair if I paid for a wash and set ( which cost $$40-45). I don't think that I should pay if they did not do a good job in the first place. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I loved how quickly they got me in for my beauty treatment. I spent less than a couple of minutes in the waiting area. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
