The shampoo and conditioner used at Elegance And Beyond wasn't top of the line but it did it's job. Elegance And Beyond's prices were high, but I'm frugal so everything is too expensive to me. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I got an appointment with Elegance And Beyond quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I wouldn't classify the stylists as quiet.
