This haircutter works by herself, she does not have any assisstant so if there's a lot of customers in line she will most likely not spend that much time on your hair. That's what happened to me. I asked her to cut my hair with layers, she used a razor to thin my hair out instead of cutting layers with scissors. It was painful since her razor was dull, now i have terrible split ends. She was trying to rush so she can accomodate 3 more clients. I know at least 3 people who had bad experience with her service. Nice lady but terrible haircutter. I don't recommend her at all.
