I will from time to time attempt to cut my own hair. When I went in Karen made sense out of the mess I made not just once. I am trying to grow my hair out and I have been to many salons in Houston over the years who just overrode my wishes and cut it short. Karen actually listened to what I wanted and did what I wanted. IT IS POSSIBLE. In addition, the place is warm, friendly and clean. I'm never left sitting in the chair waiting. I've bought products from the shop that I might not have if the ladies in there had not been so gracious and kind. I know that may seem odd but I will not buy from a rude person and I will not revisit a salon no matter how good they are if they are snooty. I'm thankful shops like this exist, Even though I moved out of Meridian and to the extreme far side of Boise from the shop I will stay make a point to go there for my haircuts. You have a loyal customer here.

My stylist, Lois, always spends extra time washing my hair. I wish I could get my hair washed here everyday. My stylist made sure to not spray water in my face. I felt very relaxed. She answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like she was trying to rush my appointment at all. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned she is for my well-being. Her advice is always helpful. I really enjoy the color and cut of my hair.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They are always polite, which I really appreciate. Ask for Karen! Not only was she able to provide everything she promised me, she went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops.

This salon could use a few upgrades as far as the building, cleanliness and including the staff. What I would like to know is why is there always new staff?! Why can't this owner seem to keep the same girls there/happy? I went to this salon because I live a block away and my stylist of 14 years has retired. The gal that did my service made me feel that I had just ruined her day by making her work. I will not be returning due to bad atmosphere and tacky stylists. I would rather give my HARD EARNED money to someone who truly works for my money, and appreciates and loves what they do. In this economy you should be so fortunate to have a job. APPRECIATE IT!
