When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I didn’t feel like they rushed my session at all. They took good care of me. @#@#@ The price quoted over the phone was $10 more at the register. I brought up the price difference to my hair dresser's attention (who also quoted the original price) and I let her know I had planned to tip her $10 but due to the price increase, no tip was added.
