I have always been VERY happy with their service, so much so that I brought my 5 kids there too. However when I requested a certain product over a week in advance for my daughter's birthday. left my cell number, I heard nothing back. Called two days before I needed the product, not available. I am scrambling to find it in time for the big day and another hair stylist for us all. Too bad, guess when you think you have it all then it is really too good to be true!
